Agenda: Identify barriers faced by successful creative SMES in buying their own premises.


Created a series of individual consultations and questionnaires to understand current position of companies and strategies, and the support companies would need to consider this change. Resulted in a series of workshops on focused areas areas and individual mentoring support. As a result, LCC negotiated a major property deal on behalf of creative companies for increased office space in the cultural quarter.
