Hello Performance works with people from all backgrounds and sectors to achieve their goals. The coaching is underpinned by professional training, knowledge and principles, which allows us to work with clients in a way that has both the structure and flexibility to suit each individual and situation.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a confidential, one-to-one tool for learning and development that helps people identify and achieve their goals. It builds on people’s strengths and values and helps them to achieve what they want most in their careers, businesses and lives.

How does coaching work?

Strategy session: An initial one hour free of charge session to identify what you want to achieve most right now, what your main challenges are and set clear measurable goals you will work towards through coaching.


3 x 2 hr package: We will look in depth at your current situation and where we build on your strengths and values and work towards realistic goals. We challenge the beliefs and assumptions that are standing in your way and use models of change and growth to set in motion your plan to achieve personal excellence.


Sessions are generally once a month, but this is agreed with each individual and organisation.
